Although you can only use the teammates unlocked using the List, checking all of them is possible with the help of Codex. This way, you are granted an opportunity to check out all the characters available, go through their moves and abilities, and allow to plan for your ultimate squad. With your picks, you build teams consisting of 5 characters.

Summons

So, the next question arises, how to acquire them? Well, that’s pretty simple. You have to hop into the Control Center to find the Summon system, and with the help of Tickets or Suspendium (300 for every pull), you can easily get a teammate. The summon also has a rate-up system which you can make use of. In addition, there are two types of summoning options available to players.

The first is the Normal Summon, which provides the chance to summon Teammates using either Suspendium or Summon Tickets. The second option is the Friendship Summon where players can summon Teammates using Friendship Coins. You can see both these options at the summon menu itself.

In total, there are four normal slots available for equipping various items, which you can access through the Teammates menu with one exclusive piece of equipment and one carrier. However, the Exclusive Equipment slot becomes accessible only after a Teammate reaches Proficiency Lv. 10. For getting more details on the equipment, you just need to tap on it.

In addition to everything mentioned earlier, the game offers a feature known as Equipment Enhancement, which plays a crucial role in bolstering your Teammate’s equipment and elevating their overall Combat Power. Players can enhance equipment ranked D or higher by utilizing other equipment and Enhancement Hammers as materials.

Tower of God: New World Teammates Guide: Tips and Tricks

  • Boost your selections by utilizing the boosted teammate rates available in the summon menu. You have the opportunity to choose up to five SSR rarity teammates through this option, which allows you to get the best teammates available.

  • Try to keep a diverse lineup. Sometimes players do not keep Tanks in their 5-teammate lineup, maybe because of a beginner mistake. This is a wrong move since they are the ones who absorb the most damage even though they aren’t the best damage dealers.
  • Keep your tanks in the middle of your lineup aka the front row, so that enemy hits are directed towards them.
  • Equipping would be good if you use the auto-equip option as it will automatically select the best pick available.
  • Reading teammate stories is something players should ignore, as they give a good overview of the character. However, by reading the stories of the newly acquired Teammates, you can earn 100 Suspendium, an important resource in the game for summoning.
  • Summon count milestones are needed to be kept track, as they will increase the chances of getting an SSR (x100 pulls) and SSR+ (x200) pull bonuses. This allows you to select and obtain the respective rarities.
