Emma Egan-Lawless has been appointed as Head of User Acquisition by Homa, one of the top publishers of mobile games in the world. This hire is a crucial step in Homa’s plan to bring on top talent to stimulate innovation and growth in the gaming industry.
Emma will lead the company’s efforts to enhance player experience for Homa
Emma spent the last four years working for AppLovin, where she eventually rose to the position of Director of Growth. Her main responsibility there was to support mobile-based businesses in achieving growth through innovation.
She has also helped a number of international app campaigns succeed with her strategic planning, growth marketing, and product management skills. As Homa’s Head of UA, Emma will oversee the company’s initiatives to improve player experience and adopt cutting-edge UA and monetization tactics, particularly for the hybrid casual business.
“We are delighted to welcome Emma Egan-Lawless to our team,” said Naveen Mewani, Homa’s VP of Growth. “As we expand our portfolio of hybrid-casual games, we aim to strengthen our tactics in hybrid monetization and shift our focus to in-app purchase monetization. We are confident that Emma will bring valuable knowledge to deploy a strategic approach that allows us to continue driving traffic, increasing player retention, and ultimately, generating further revenue for our games,” he adds.
“I’m excited to collaborate with the talented team at Homa, particularly the growth team that boasts such a fantastic experience and has achieved great results with chart-topping hits, such as Attack Hole and Fight for America. I look forward to contributing to the growth and evolution of Homa’s portfolio and wider gaming space,” adds Emma Egan-Lawless.
